Thomas Bullock - Owner and Host
Thomas Bullock is a founder and host of Finn Glen Farms.
With a background in law, he brings a strong commitment to professionalism, organization, and attention to detail to every guest experience. He established Finn Glen Farms as a private retreat focused on quality, hospitality, and thoughtfully curated weekends.
As the primary point of contact, Tom works directly with each group and our team to design personalized itineraries, coordinating activities, dining, and accommodations to ensure each stay is seamless from start to finish.

Christian Schoedlbauer - Lead Marksmanship Instructor
Christian Schoedlbauer is the lead marksmanship instructor at Finn Glen Farms and the author of Down Range: A Sniper’s Guide to Hitting Your Target.
He specializes in long-range precision shooting, bullet making, and ammunition development, and provides personalized instruction for guests of all experience levels. His training focuses on accuracy, consistency, and safe, responsible shooting practices.
At Finn Glen Farms, Christian Schoedlbauer works closely with guests to help them improve their skills through hands-on coaching and practical range sessions.
Caroline Paulus - Whiskey Historian & Spirits Curator
Caroline Paulus is the whiskey historian at Justin’s House of Bourbon and serves as the spirits curator for Finn Glen Farms.
Originally from Wisconsin, she brings a strong background in history, research, and storytelling to her work in bourbon education. Since joining House of Bourbon in 2018, she has helped curate one of the world’s largest vintage whiskey collections and leads private tastings and barrel selections.
At Finn Glen Farms, Caroline hosts guided bourbon experiences, sharing her knowledge and passion with guests through thoughtfully curated tastings.
Victor Sizemore - Chef & Photographer
Victor Sizemore is the chef and photographer at Finn Glen Farms.
He prepares farm-to-table meals using ingredients from the property and locally sourced products, and captures each retreat through professional photography. Guests may also request individual or group photos during their stay.
At Finn Glen Farms, Victor combines quality cooking and thoughtful photography to help create a relaxed and memorable experience.
Connor Bauer - Hunting Guide & Taxidermist
Connor Bauer is a hunting guide and taxidermist at Finn Glen Farms.
Coming from a long line of taxidermists, Connor developed a deep respect for wildlife and conservation at an early age. His background combines hands-on field experience with traditional craftsmanship.
At Finn Glen Farms, Connor leads guided hunts and assists guests with ethical harvesting and trophy care, helping ensure each experience is both responsible and rewarding.
Heidi Bullock - Game Tracker
Heidi is a certified German Jagdterrier trained and tested through the Deutscher Jagdterrier-Club in Germany.
She holds a V/V rating for coat and conformation and has earned top scores in field and water testing, tracking, retrieving, and bringsel work. Her training includes obedience, blood tracking, underground work, and advanced performance testing, reflecting the high standards of her breeding and preparation.
At Finn Glen Farms, Heidi works as a dedicated game tracker and field companion. Known for her confidence, drive, and steady temperament, she plays an important role in supporting hunts and guest experiences.
