Tom Bullock founded Finn Glen Farms as a private Kentucky retreat built on quality, hospitality, and carefully planned weekends. As your host and primary point of contact, he works directly with each group to design a personalized itinerary, coordinating hunting, dining, and accommodations so every stay runs seamlessly from arrival to departure.

        Author of Down Range: A Sniper's Guide to Hitting Your Target, Christian leads marksmanship instruction at Finn Glen Farms, specializing in long-range precision shooting, bullet making, and ammunition development. He coaches every level — from first-time shooters to seasoned marksmen — with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and safe, responsible practice on our 600-yard range.

    Whiskey historian at Justin's House of Bourbon and spirits curator for Finn Glen Farms, Caroline brings a background in history, research, and storytelling to bourbon education. Since 2018 she has helped build one of the world's largest vintage whiskey collections and now leads private tastings and barrel selections — and at Finn Glen, she hosts the guided bourbon experiences that pair with each farm-to-table dinner.

        Victor is both chef and photographer at Finn Glen Farms. He prepares farm-to-table meals using ingredients grown on the property and sourced locally, then documents each retreat through professional photography. Guests are welcome to request individual or group portraits during their stay.

     Connor comes from a long line of taxidermists and developed a deep respect for wildlife and conservation early on, pairing hands-on field experience with traditional craftsmanship. He leads Finn Glen Farms' guided hunts and handles ethical harvesting and trophy care, so every hunt is as responsible as it is rewarding.

     Heidi is a certified German Jagdterrier, trained and tested through the Deutscher Jagdterrier-Club in Germany. She holds a V/V rating for coat and conformation and top scores across field and water testing, tracking, retrieving, and bringsel work. Confident, driven, and steady, she serves as our dedicated game tracker and field companion on every hunt.
